RETURN POLICY

All products purchased from houseofarcana.com are final sale. Due to the nature of our products and for hygienic purposes we will not offer any refunds or exchanges, except in the case of receipt of defective product. If an item may be considered defective, please email orders@houseofarcana.com indicating your Order Number, and a photo of the product. Defective items need to be addressed within 30 days from the day of receiving your shipment. House of Arcana reserves the right to reuse refund/replacement if passed 30 days of receiving. If the product is deemed defective by House of Arcana, you will be eligible for a refund or replacement of the same item. Please allow 5 - 10 business days for refund to show on your statement.

How do I cancel an order?

All orders once placed cannot be edited or changed. Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed as all sales are final. Please email orders@houseofarcana.com indicating your Order Number for cancellation consideration.

Refuse or Returned Packages

In any case of a Refused or Returned package, the shipping cost will be deducted from any refund if eligible.

Incorrect Shipping information

Shipping labels are generated according to what is input by the client on the order’s shipping information. If you have submitted an incorrect address, please email orders@houseofarcana.com immediately with your Order Number and the correct address. If the order has already been processed by our warehouse, it is the client’s responsibility to contact the carrier for any address changes.

What if my package gets lost or stolen ?

House of Arcana is not responsible for lost or stolen products. Please contact the carrier to file a claim, as they will  try to locate your order as soon as possible. Once a claim has been filed, please send us the claim information and we will wait on the results of the claim before proceeding forward. House of Arcana reserves the right to determine the replacement of any products if deemed necessary. Please email orders@houseofarcana.com indicating your Order Number, and tracking number with the Carrier.
